What’s a Product Persona?

A Product Persona is a tidy set of documents, files, design ideas and “how to” instructions - all in one place. It’s the more sophisticated version of the box.

It houses your agency’s proprietary thinking: what it does, who it’s for, how to sell and do it and how to measure its performance over time. It enables the box to be an extension of your agency, not something generic.

The green part is the market facing part used to drive demand remotely. The black part is for the agency.

The persona captures the business case for the product, identifies necessary training and launch planning and is used ongoing to manage the product’s performance and service intervals.

Multiple personas can be linked together to create a product range, as you’d expect!
